Assently E-Sign vs. Tungsten SignDoc

I would highly recommend it to perform Programmatic API access to basically create your own personal and secure E-doc signing facility. if you're a big firm and requires all the business logic withing the confine of company policy and governance, Assently E-Sign should be a NO BRAINER. additionally it has clean API documentation as well.

I can't think of a way this product wouldn't enhance anyone's business practice, assuming collecting signatures is an important piece. I am constantly sending documents to clients for signature and this is a great way to send a professional looking interface. It's easy to understand, efficient to use and, as far as I can tell "idiot-proof".

• Provide Programmatic API access.

• desktop software would have been nice
• API format can be simplified according to modern standard

one line answer would be API Access, compared to all the other alternative Assently E-Sign fits well within our company use case, ease of use was also a deciding factor. once we implemented the custom E-sign using our API implementation, we did not had to look back. its working smoothly ever since without any complain.

It stacks up really well and is very easy to use. It is also less costly than the other options.

• saved a lot by not opting in for pay-per-sign model
• once implemented, one can basically use it quite easily
• company policy governance is handled very neatly
