we have multiple use case one being signing tender documents and one we use programmatically to embed with our web service. signing official documents used in online procurement Assently E-Sign provide responsive medium that allows to basically use it from any device. our sales department comprise of moderate technical knowledge, event they can fluently use it. programmatically signing documents using API we also have web service department that extensively uses Assently E-Sign API to manually sign the E-documents. API have well maintained documentation with configuration variable and postman collection. over all, Assently E-Sign is basically all-in-one solution for our firm. you can choose Assently E-Sign event if you require either of these
  • sign Government tender E-docs.
  • Provide Programmatic API access.
  • responsive UI basically makes it use anywhere tool.
  • desktop software would have been nice
  • API format can be simplified according to modern standard
  • we faced lack of documentation while implementing advance use case
I would highly recommend it to perform Programmatic API access to basically create your own personal and secure E-doc signing facility. if you're a big firm and requires all the business logic withing the confine of company policy and governance, Assently E-Sign should be a NO BRAINER. additionally it has clean API documentation as well.
  • E-sign
  • Programmatic API Access
  • Responsive Design to access it anywhere
  • saved a lot by not opting in for pay-per-sign model
  • once implemented, one can basically use it quite easily
  • company policy governance is handled very neatly
one line answer would be API Access, compared to all the other alternative Assently E-Sign fits well within our company use case, ease of use was also a deciding factor. once we implemented the custom E-sign using our API implementation, we did not had to look back. its working smoothly ever since without any complain.
