Avionté Software vs. Harbor ATS/CRM

Very good for applicant/candidate/job activity tracking. It could use improvement in the area of Customer Relationship Management. It does not have a robust CRM function, which would be very beneficial to have encompassed in the ATS system so everything is in one place.

Harbor is perfect for Recruiters who regularly use multiple tools to complete tasks such as sourcing, outreaching, and interviewing. It is completely seamless to find candidates on LinkedIn or similar websites, and add them to your job using the extension. You can even trigger outreach directly in the extension without changing your window! I can't emphasize the amount of time that Harbor has helped me save.

• Customizability for adding new options such as new pipeline stages, new activity types, etc.
• Outlook integration - tracks our email communication with candidates automatically.

There isn't much training provided outside of internal training across our company. Also, if Avionté Software could review the way we're using the software, on a regular basis, and provide feedback and suggestions on how to improve the user experience, that would be very beneficial.

I find that Harbor is relatively easy to use, once you are used to it. Sometimes, there can be nuances that aren't immediately obvious, but once you are comfortable with the application, it's extremely easy to use

Compas has a cleaner interface than the other ATSs . It doesn't look clunky. That being said system is that not intuitive. But once you learn it, it works pretty well. We picked Compas because of the Gmail integration. Gmail/Google is a big part of the system we run on and having Compass feed into that [is as well].

Harbor does the work of all three of these programs in one! I also find it more aesthetically appealing than CATS, and the engineers have added a plethora of additional features to contribute to efficiency and ease of use

• Having the ability to post as many ads as possible for a fixed price each month is a great way of strongly staffing without spending the extra money. We used to spend more money a month when we used to post in Zip-recruiter directly.
• It stores a lot of good functions to make sure each employee in our branches is doing the different calls and follow-ups they need to be doing daily, and it has helped the company improve personnel performance to 30%.
• The Company has centralized all the employees' info into one system and it allows to improve the response and the times in response.
