Guestara is priced per room, per month, billed monthly, with lower per-room rates available on quarterly and yearly prepayment. Each plan has a monthly minimum: Power from $99/month, Premium from $189/month, and Enterprise from $349/month. Short-term rental pricing differs from hotel pricing. Optional add-ons (such as the AI chatbot, additional messaging channels, smart-lock connections, and the WhatsApp marketing platform) are available on top of the base plans. Likelihood to Recommend	Axis Suite is extremely valuable as a digital signage tool for organizational communications. If you have the need to get custom information/content out to employees in your organization, I highly recommend Axis Suite. Once it's up and running, the content management system is extremely easy to use--even for those who aren't good with technology. Cons	One slight issue is the complexity of Axis Suite design. It can be extremely complex to design custom content. My organization had to purchase "advanced configuration hours" to create a message that displayed weather information in all of our offices.
