Aylien vs. Google Cloud Natural Language API

Depends on the scenario. Overall it's a decent platform and gives me the features I'm needing for a great price.

As I mentioned in the begining, we have some influence as our client, his engagement ratio was lesser than expected for good brand/promotion integration despite of good views. We analyzed the comments and share the final insights to the influencer, he made some recommended changes and now he has good engagement ratio. Based on out 8-9 months experience with Google Cloud Natural Language API, I don't find ay scenario which was not upto the mark.

• The documentation is clear to use.
• Customer support was also great at giving me a quick response.

• The news articles some times are not very relevant about the search query.
• The API responds with articles that are sourced from paid websites that cant is opened.
• It has problems sometimes with getting the right related stories, and the distribution of older media is not the best it could be.

Because of its ROI and less requirement of manpower. On average we are getting 200 - 250% ROI quarterly. Also, we have reduced the team size but without affecting our business process and outcome

1- ROI is better than MS translator 2- MS translator just provide result more based on factually correct and hance loosed human emotions. Google Cloud Natural Language API is much better in this domain.
