• Many times I see lags on portal which is normal due to latency
• Private IPs and dns done creation option on each paas service
• Rest everything is good

It is useful in cost management , easy to set up alerts. Deploys the applications using templates , CI/CD pipelines.

Because you can easily deploy your application from Azure DevOps pipeline and make pipeline more reliable and easy to use.
