Issues need to be escalated faster, and partner products need to be researched more extensively, for example SYSNCSORT had an issue with BMC AMI Ops Cloud which delayed the Restore of our ONE Pack system at the DR site. BMC support has been great working with the other vendor and getting us a fix to apply, to allow continuation of our restores at the DR Site.

If I wanted to use just onsite storage the StorSimple device is already paid for.

Complex integration challeges it has, and initial cost is little high But it works wonder in mainframe modernization

• Delay’s of product functionality
• Fast restore are available with the product
