I have received some rental leads from REALTOR.COM. They don't generate an Agent a lot of Money but eventually that referral can convert into a Buyer! I'll accept rental leads, due to that potential benefit. However, the leads were pretty far away from my preferred target areas.

REALTOR.COM uses MLS aka REALTRACS info for their listing feeds. If I'm having technical searching difficulties with MLS, I'll use REALTOR.COM
