Blend vs. Rebank

I have not experienced any other system that can do what Blend does as easily as Blend. It's very well suited for the mortgage industry and its ability to communicate with Encompass. I don't think it would be a great CRM tool for a company that doesn't need multiple touch points to a client, for instance, if you simply need a name, phone number, and email address Blend would be overkill. Blend is designed specifically to capture a lot of specific details about a client's financial position.

An amazing system that performs effectively enables multiple Banking operations to provide excellent and accurate data and its accounting functionalities are the best and easy to manage assets and track all the project payments and invoicing ability is also very good. For clients' data management and easy creating reports on cash flow and also on the project expense, Rebank offers the best capabilities.

• See all your account balances in one place
• See an estimate of my runway

• Adding non occupant co-borrowers can be challenging
• I wish we could mirror the client's screen in real-time so we can see where they are in the application
• The user side can be a little challenging, some fields are required to be filled out even though they are not important to the application

• Processing many payments at a go is challenging experience.
• Rebank integration especially for big data handling may slow the performance.
• Tracking a big history of transaction data is also very slow.

I actually use Wise and Rebank for different things. I have some multi-currency accounts on Wise that I use to get paid by my clients I then connect my Wise accounts and my accounts from other banks to Rebank where I can see all their balances and easily move money across them.

• Blend allows me to manage my pipeline easily without having to resort to Excel
• Captures things like birthdays allowing me to have a reason to call clients
• Clients love that it's a secure portal, no more replying to emails with sensitive documents

• Rebank allows easy tracking of various project expense data.
• Budgeting is excellent.
• Analytics for financial operations are the best.
• Invoicing and transactions tracking through Rebank is effective.
