The Lexis® service provides access to a collection of case law, statutes and regulations, plus 40K+ news sources, 83B+ Public Records, 700M+ company profiles and documents, as well as exclusives across all content types.
It's best suited for in-house counsel that wishes to stay on top of recent case law and labor decisions. It's also great for labor & employment attorneys working at firms to have a high level overview of key issues. The chart builder and Daily Labor Report are the best resources for in-house counsel. The content is easy to flip to in-house client teams and department heads along with individual analysis and suggested action items.
Lexis is well-suited to locating case documents, especially trial court documents in state courts, that are otherwise hard to find elsewhere. The system is way more efficient than searching individual state court dockets. So it improves my efficiency.
