It's very well suited for sharing content, making training sessions on your PC and having the ability to then spread it across the organization with a very easy access for everyone. Very user-friendly. So for those examples, it's great to use.

We have used Snipping Tool, which is a basic laptop tool to use for the same purposes, but Snipping Tool can be a little bit more tricky for usage and Vidcast is available with one click on the WebEx App. So it's a different experience, but Snipping through is a little bit faster than in the beginning.
