Well suited to get content out to employees quickly and easily. Images and videos are the best. It might not work well for stagnant PDF and PPT content.

Rise Vision
The free version is great for small businesses or organizations with a couple displays and limited presentations. The paid version is excellent; giving you unlimited storage and a variety of templates to get you started. You can also set up "sub-companies" to let you and your users manage content for multiple locations.

  • It was easy to organize into folders & rearrange the order of the digital signs in each folder.

I have never used another product like Rise Vision. For all of its faults though, I found Rise Vision easy to use & explain how to use. This is described in detail in nstructions which I wrote for the department that took over the task when my department was unfortunately closed.
