busybusy vs. ClockShark

BusyBusy is well suited for organizations with multiple off site job locations which require tracking. Due to it's ability to setup a high volume of work locations as well as bread crumb tracking between home office and job site, I think it is best suited for the service industry including construction, plumbing, landscaping etc. It is less appropriate for organization with single office on site work

This is the best solution we got for tracking all type of teams. Field, office, site based teams and remote teams too. the reports are great to get insights. You can actually watch in real time all the team members where they logged in, what task they are working (signed in for), and if they are on the relevant job site

• the scheduling feature has room for improvement - the views are not condensed and cannot be viewed by all employee groups
• during the time card review process - instead of a description - it would be nice to have a reason section when changing a time card
• the geo fences around projects - I wish they could be linear

There are some upgrades and features that don’t work without a full delete (app) and reinstall and some users don’t remember their login details. Admin time spent. As well there are some edits that could be beneficial

the switch feature and easy of use for the field employees, who are not all tech savvy, is why we chose busy busy. Other softwares only used a stop/go feature which we thought could be very confusing for employees who are just switching cost codes between jobs. Also integration was cleaner on busy busy

We evaluated Timeero and Clockify, but chose ClockShark because its GPS tracking and scheduling features felt much more robust for field-based teams. The interface is highly intuitive, making it a smoother transition for our workforce compared to the other platforms.
