Overall Satisfaction with busybusy

We use busybusy for time tracking as well as intigration with Quickbooks desktop weekly for payroll review and processing. We also use it for photo upload, for field work order issuance, with details, photos and sign offs from site for extra work, and for reporting.

There are some upgrades and features that don’t work without a full delete (app) and reinstall and some users don’t remember their login details. Admin time spent. As well there are some edits that could be beneficial.

It’s well suited for those with hourly employees who require daily time cards. As well it’s beneficial for reporting for projects as to costs for labour and for extras that are requested on site.
