busybusy vs. WebWork Time Tracker

BusyBusy is well suited for organizations with multiple off site job locations which require tracking. Due to it's ability to setup a high volume of work locations as well as bread crumb tracking between home office and job site, I think it is best suited for the service industry including construction, plumbing, landscaping etc. It is less appropriate for organization with single office on site work

WebWork is well suited for all organizations where they need to maintain a tracker for the employee to detect productivity and maintain attendance by calculating time. We can easily manage projects with WebWork and also easy for the team to work on.

• It super cool features to detect user's productivity
• We can work on team easily through WebWork on perticular project.
• Accurate time showing.
• Catch snapshot of user's screen on daily basis.

• the scheduling feature has room for improvement - the views are not condensed and cannot be viewed by all employee groups
• during the time card review process - instead of a description - it would be nice to have a reason section when changing a time card
• the geo fences around projects - I wish they could be linear

There are some upgrades and features that don’t work without a full delete (app) and reinstall and some users don’t remember their login details. Admin time spent. As well there are some edits that could be beneficial

It also work if we are not connecting to network without any lag. Also, we can track detailed activity of employee because it captures screenshots when user starts the time.

the switch feature and easy of use for the field employees, who are not all tech savvy, is why we chose busy busy. Other softwares only used a stop/go feature which we thought could be very confusing for employees who are just switching cost codes between jobs. Also integration was cleaner on busy busy
