BuzzCast vs. Zuddl

BuzzCast is great for large, complex online events - especially during the pandemic when it's been hard or impossible to gather folks in person. If you only need a smaller group of 5 or 10 people, BuzzCast is probably overkill. Once you have lots of people / multiple sessions, or want to capture and save presentations for later, you'll want to start looking at BuzzCast.

There are very few programs that give you an organic experience to carry out the creation of multiple events dictated by our company, Zuddl is an excellent software that has a great price, once this program is installed you will have the best functions at hand to manage events of great projection and that involve a large number of people on the web, I always recommended it because of how effective it has been for us.

• Within the platform it would be great to have direct access to make edits changes (I believe this functionality is in process)

• The dependence of this program on a good internet flow is very high, most of the options require being connected to the cloud to automate and pre-establish certain very simple options.
• This program may not be the fastest to run, it is very easy to use, but to be honest the functions can be tedious and slow to implement.

BuzzCast platform has the most amount of features that our events require (public chat/private chat, breakouts, auto-scrolling agenda). The entire platform is built and designed so that it's intuitive for our viewers and they are shown exactly how to operate the platform in under a minute. The quality of the stream is superior. The BuzzCast team is great to work with and are true partners who are all solution-oriented.

Zuddl has been more user friendly and compared to teams and zoom. Having the chatrooms and networking tab has allowed for great communication within the teams. We have been able to work through large projects without the hassle of sending emails back and forth. It is like a one stop shop.

• One of the most common aspects that are shown every time we use Zuddl is the order and administration in each of the events, regardless of the amount of information that is handled in each of the projects.
• When we want to manage and provide an excellent service to more than 500 participants, the best option will always be Zuddl, since this program is programmed to respond to large-scale events.
