Cake Equity vs. Uplaw

Cake Equity has honestly been great at the moments that matter most to me. When I first accepted my option offer, it was so easy to jump in and actually understand my vesting terms, none of that waiting around for HR or a lawyer to walk me through a confusing PDF. And then every time we've closed a new funding round, I just log in and can see straight away how it's affected my equity's value, instead of firing off an email and waiting days for someone to get back to me. It's made those big milestones feel a lot less stressful and a lot more exciting.

My teams and I can access to all our grants, visualize strike price as well as vesting plans, cadicity and sunset, and potential gains.
