Celayix vs. MyHours

This is software that will be very useful for all companies since they will be able to control the entries and exits of their employees in their jobs, the hours worked, shift changes, and everything related to the performance of the staff. They will not have to worry about personnel planning because the software will do it.

This is a great platform for small business owners who are looking for an affordable way to let employees track their time. The user-interface is easy to navigate, reports are set up logically, and you can customize as much as you need. I'd recommend this to any business owner struggling to find an easy way to track time...without having to spend a lot of time to do it accurately

• The control of time and absences, allows us to keep all payroll, payments, and control of days worked, in order.
• Its interface is very intuitive and easy to master, we do not need technical service for installation or use.
• The activities that can be programmed automatically, such as alarms, mailings, and other activities, and facilitates daily work.

• The no guarantee of temporary employees returning to work is a big concern and accountability is difficult

• Export reports are a bit clunky
• Sometimes shows "all employees" even when just one is selected
• Sometimes hangs up at log in requiring a refresh

No real complaints on this one except maybe with how clunky the export excel docs are. But that's more a function of Microsoft than it is MyHours as excel drops in a pie chart at the top (not needed, actually) that then scrunches the rows and columns of the data you're actually looking to review.

We were given a dedicated customer service rep that is there whenever we need them. Emails are answered within hours and the knowledge base they have has many of the answers including easy to follow how-to's. We haven't run into any issues that can't be solved in less than 24 hours.

Celayix is a flexible and powerful employee scheduling tool with a secure online cloud used to create and edit schedules. It is the very best automated scheduling solution that allows us to manage the workforce digitally and it is a great resource for any organization.

Can't really say as we didn't get too deep into using their time function. For QBO, it was just a pain to set up, and no one loved the interface

• We needed to automate much of the shift allocations and this solution did it.
• The solution we picked had to have integrations such as Salesforce and Celayix has that.

• Reporting is clear and easy to adapt (saves us time)
• Cost is marginal compared to having employees submit separate timesheets that then have to be manually coded
• Easy to customize reports to see what's really going on (saves money if we can see opportunities to raise a rate or lower hours)
