Likelihood to Recommend	Oracle Cerner allows us to access and enter all the information that is needed to take care of the participants. It is not really geared for the research environment. There was a lot of customization that was needed to tailor it to our needs. There is turnover with staff in Cerner and when there were some downtimes Cerner staff did not know who to contact at our facility, eventhough the information was shared with them already.
