However, if they desire the ability to track patient appointments and financials all in one place, as well as run detailed reports on practice data, this still may be a good option. Alternatives Considered	eMDs I prefer Medisoft due to ease of use, functionality and custom report features. In my experience with other software programs I found them to be either less user friendly or lacking in key features that we require for our particular practice. Return on Investment	eMDs Medisoft is a good product, but I feel the cost of assurance is too high. With all the different components each being billed separately adds up quickly.
