CheckPoint vs. TryBooking

If the org has more than a couple of hundred endpoints, I would recommend help from pro services otherwise the UX is going to cause confusion. Its almost as if a new customer would need hand holding because the UX is so .... unconventional.

I use TryBooking for all three gala fundraising events. They are well suited to each of these events. My largest gala dinner is 1,600 women at Crown Palladium, which usually sells out in ten minutes. The TryBooking system can handle this onslaught and has streamlined the whole process of ticket purchasing and receipting. Confirmation emails, the creation of guest lists and the collection of data has also been made so much easier with the use of their system.

• Great Customer Service - they are always there to answer the phone.
• Easy to navigate website backend.

• In my opinion, confusing UX for the cloud portal
• Don't try and import 100's of endpoints when onboarding because it will create a mess
