It is well suited for high volume recruiting to function as a data warehouse for candidates. Since SkyRecruit enables you to easily retrieve and manipulate the data it's a great tool for a Recruiter/Sourcer desktop.

One Source is great for organizations with many employees and contractors, who all need to interface with the same expense tracking system in an efficient manner. It is less effective in a small to medium sized environment, as the platform can be clunky and unwieldy at times.

Very similar phone styles. One thing I really enjoyed about One Source is how easy it was to navigate though the pages of our clients.
