Our primary use of SkyRecruit is to collect candidate information, enable us to easily reach out to candidates and to track analytics relative to our candidate interactions.

- Ease of user interaction - sometimes too many clicks to accomplish an individual task.
- Attaching a document could be a much more straightforward process
- Exporting candidate info is a bit cumbersome.
- POSITIVE - primary function as a data warehouse.
- POSITIVE - enables Recruiters/Sourcers to have quality interactions with potential candidates
- POSITIVE - Because we have a great tech team that assists us in our SkyRecruit interaction, we have very little downtime.
