Cisco IoT Operations Dashboard vs. Microsoft Azure IoT Hub

The monitor mode is good and easy to use, as well as obtaining the results, they are specific and of great help to maintain the business. As for the collection in real time, it was good since it automated the time that it took before. The only thing I know I'm talking about the price was a little high.

We are consuming data from various resources and communicating it with different devices on our hybrid cloud. We also use Azure IoT as a bridge between two business Intelligence sources which are really hard to connect devices.

Azure IoT support professionals are strong, and always provide timely responses. Vast documentation and examples are available, plus a network of professionals in the market. It's very comparable to the main competitor offer, and easily integrated into the main Azure product offer. Azure IoT is not a new solution, so it is very mature and support can easily address any day to day or architectural concern you have.

We did tests and as for the previous products there were some bugs so it was discarded and because of them we decided for Cisco that the price is high but it compensates with the network and its operations support that worked well in addition the technical support is fast.
