Clio Draft vs. FormSwift

Well suited for any law office that uses any court forms. Also, it's great for any law office that needs signatures on any docs. The template features are excellent and a huge plus because any document can become a template in LawYaw. Probably not needed in a law office that only provides consulting or legal advice, but doesn't actually prepare any documents for clients.

FormSwift is well suited for legal and accounting firms that need to quickly create form documents. It is easier to navigate than Nolo.

• The "Document Creator" is an excellent tool. Very easy to work with.
• The "My Documents " area is a helpful storage area for completed docs.
• The "Document Library" is an extremely valuable resource.
