ClockShark vs. DATABASICS Time

This is the best solution we got for tracking all type of teams. Field, office, site based teams and remote teams too. the reports are great to get insights. You can actually watch in real time all the team members where they logged in, what task they are working (signed in for), and if they are on the relevant job site

Easy to use with lots of customization. The PTO request and calendar is a great tool with real-time balances easy to access. The validation table is large enough to handle hundreds of projects with dozens of sub-categories. We also like the ability to send notices on our own schedule.

• I can use a mobile phone to submit timesheets.

We evaluated Timeero and Clockify, but chose ClockShark because its GPS tracking and scheduling features felt much more robust for field-based teams. The interface is highly intuitive, making it a smoother transition for our workforce compared to the other platforms.

DATABASICS is the only system capable of handling our complex project dimensions. It's a basic system that's easy to use and easy to navigate. It does everything we need without being overcomplicated, unlike Deltek.
