This is the best solution we got for tracking all type of teams. Field, office, site based teams and remote teams too. the reports are great to get insights. You can actually watch in real time all the team members where they logged in, what task they are working (signed in for), and if they are on the relevant job site

It is very helpful for an organization where many people are working remotely. Especially when people are from different time zones and they need to be reminded a few minutes before the event. It is also useful to keep track of certain events such as meetings and employees taking leave. And it is a handy tool when you need to be reminded about recurring events such as daily standing meetings.

• I wish there is a feature to get more insight on the availability of a certain user.
• I think adding group chat feature in a scheduled event would be nice.

I cannot recall ever having to use customer support which I guess is a 10 because it works so well I don't need help.

We evaluated Timeero and Clockify, but chose ClockShark because its GPS tracking and scheduling features felt much more robust for field-based teams. The interface is highly intuitive, making it a smoother transition for our workforce compared to the other platforms.

I find TeamUp really easy to use. We do not need much prior knowledge before starting to use it. Also, your team can collaborate under the common calendar workspace, which is important for organizational use.

• Unsure if it is HIPAA compliant so I worry about using names.
