This is the best solution we got for tracking all type of teams. Field, office, site based teams and remote teams too. the reports are great to get insights. You can actually watch in real time all the team members where they logged in, what task they are working (signed in for), and if they are on the relevant job site

tracking time on actual tickets being worked is a great fit. trying to track soft functions that normally have nothing to do with Jira is much more cumbersome and difficult to manage.

• Calendar integration is easy to set up and can make logging time even easier
• Chrome extension is also very handy to track time on the fly
• Tempo-UI is pretty user friendly, like the ability to favorite jira tickets and duplicate time entries.

• Minor things, like changing tabs on list of tickets on the calendar view doesn't reset the scroll so sometimes it looks like you 'lost' your tickets and it can be confusing.

We evaluated Timeero and Clockify, but chose ClockShark because its GPS tracking and scheduling features felt much more robust for field-based teams. The interface is highly intuitive, making it a smoother transition for our workforce compared to the other platforms.
