CloneManager vs. IBM Data Replication

Any company which has onsite physical or virtual servers and is moving to the cloud or newer hardware or just creating redundancy needs to invest in a good cloning/replicating software like CloneManager. We have used it once with good results and I personally can recommend it to whoever is managing IT in their company.

This happens thanks to the incremental data load using the log files instead of querying the database for any changes. CloneManager is targeted at a completely different use case as compared to Veeam Backup & Replication. We used both of these tools individually and at the same time so it works both ways for us. The licensing terms and pricing is always a great aspect for any company looking for tools on a budget.
