Fusebill is great for a simple business that doesn't have a lot of moving pieces to their subscriptions. One of our two companies that uses Fusebill it is perfect for it because it is small and straightforward. The second you get into complicated scenarios for billing, subscriptions or detailed accounting reports, [and] Fusebill no longer serves those needs.

This is pretty non-existent. After we came on we had a dedicated person for a few months and then never heard from them again. Support requests seem to be forgotten about and we rarely got answers to the questions we were needing.
