Overall Satisfaction with Fusebill

We are currently using Fusebill across 2 companies within our organization. One company is using it to track miscellaneous add-on subscriptions and the other is tracking the main subscriptions and sales that run the entire business. For the second company, we are using it to track our main revenue source along with all the other miscellaneous services we provide.

It works great for the simple scenarios and gives you configurability options to make it fit your business, but doesn't handle the complicated scenarios.
This is pretty non-existent. After we came on we had a dedicated person for a few months and then never heard from them again. Support requests seem to be forgotten about and we rarely got answers to the questions we were needing.

Fusebill is great for a simple business that doesn't have a lot of moving pieces to their subscriptions. One of our two companies that uses Fusebill it is perfect for it because it is small and straightforward. The second you get into complicated scenarios for billing, subscriptions or detailed accounting reports, [and] Fusebill no longer serves those needs.
