Likelihood to Recommend	Everbridge CloudfloorDNS is a great product, particularly if you want a reliable DNS service without breaking the bank. They support all the standard record types (A, CNAME, NS, MX, etc.) Very easy to use. They also have a way to roll back changes in case something unexpected happens. I would say if you have a small IT department and need DNS to just be a utility that you never have to think about, this is a good product for you. Alternatives Considered	Everbridge They have all the same features and customer service without the price tag. We used Dyn as our DNS provider for over a decade. Return on Investment	Everbridge It takes one more thing of our list of things to manage; once it's working, we can focus on more important things I have received calls letting me know that we might be experiencing a DDoS attack; they had already remediated the threat by throttling the traffic from that source back so it did not overwhelm resources. Had that not been sufficient, they were already ready to spin up additional virtual servers to offload some overhead and make sure that we were not impacted by the situation. They continued monitoring until things were back to normal and followed up with a call to discuss. Very good service.
