ClubReady vs. Shortcuts

Overall, we like it and appreciate it's functions as a company. We appreciate that it does almost everything that we need and use. As previously stated, some of our executive leadership wants certain reports that ClubReady does not have and we do not have the ability to create custom reports

It can actually handle the dynamic slotting, being an organization which is extremely operations-heavy, it becomes essential to manage inventory at out hand to increase efficiency and cut-down unnecessary cost to bring-in profitability; and Shortcuts solves perfectly for that

• We cannot create custom reports
• Certain membership packages are hard to create
• With deals we have for personal training, we cannot audit memberships

• Shortcuts currently only provides expertise in salon and spa business, they can bring in expertise for different industries at hand
• The flexibility for rescheduling and cancelling the pre-booked slots can be relooked at
• Can offer additional features to the clients for a user-friendly UX

We use both of these simultaneously. Hubspot talks to ClubReady and updates deals and new prospects for us. Hubspot is not as user friendly which can be more frustrating. With training so many part time employees we love the easy to understand feature ClubReady has since we have people of all age rages using it.

While Shortcuts has a more friendly UI, there are other vendors in the market that have developed their products in a way that suits user requirements from any industry. Shortcuts, in my opinion should look at expanding their use case to make it compatible for other industries as well
