ClusterControl vs. ApexSQL by Quest

I love its ability to work without manual configuration. ClusterControl has enabled us to control all servers across business and monitor overall server health with ease. ClusterControl ability to automate repetitive tasks has made my work easier and saves me a lot of time. It also offers a very good GUI.

ApexSQL streamslines and automate DBMS in no time, helps in implementing the auditing and compliance requirements and data migration and it also help in building scalable application and secure application like when we develop application using Apex SQL, it will become very secure automatically due to its build in features and also building small application and deployment of code is very easy When you have very large data size sometimes it run a bit slow.

• Source control can be a bit difficult with large database tables
• Many tools so can be complex for new developers to onboard and use efficiently

ClusterControl has easy installation steps compared to other softwares. It also offers a free trial helping potential buyers be able to experience it's magic while other softwares don't offer a free trial making a customer buy the software blindly. It offers value for money compared to other softwares offering the same features and services.

ApexSQL by Quest provides many toolkits for sql server that stacks up against its alternatives such as Operation toolkit which includes capabilities like disaster recovery, backup and restore etc, DevOps toolkit which include automation, compare and sync toolkit which include comparison between source and target schemas. ApexSQL by Quest also ensures the privacy and security of data. For this mentioned reason, our organization select ApexSQL by Quest
