Condo Manager vs. HOA Central

I am happy with the software and look forward to new features when we upgrade. I would love to see this be fully browser based and cloud based instead of server based. I would love to be able to log in on any device at any time. Currently we can't do that but we will have more features once we upgrade.

Because the platform is generally intuitive and easy to navigate, even for users who aren’t very tech-savvy. The main features are well-organized, and most tasks can be completed without much hassle. I especially appreciate the clean interface and helpful support resources. However, there are a few areas where the user experience could be improved, such as adding more customization options and streamlining some of the workflows

Looked into Yardi but it wasn't worth switching at this point. We feel the new version of Condo Manager will serve us well and switching is always a pain to learn something new and things not transferring over properly.

• The adoption of HOA Central has allowed us to scale our operations without increasing overhead. The ease of use has led to higher engagement from both staff and residents, directly supporting our business growth objectives.
