ConexED vs. Hireflix

ConexED deliver well robust features and functionalities. It can only go better from here. Per my experience - no major bug(s) known.

I think Hireflix is particularly well-suited for companies that have a lot of candidates applying to a position and they want to do screening interviews with dozens of candidates but don't have time to arrange for in-person calls with each candidate. Before Hireflix, I would spend 30min per candidate screening (10min scheduling the interview and 20min on the interview) and now I spend 5min (1min emailing the Hireflix link and 4min watching the interview on 2-3x speed).

• Accelerates our hiring processes and increases the number of candidates we can manage. We optimize our time and are more effective to hire in less time.

• Stats for each process could be deeper.

ConexED is an excellent solution that can only grow better by adding more tools and functionalities.

One can use it out of the box. The GUI interface is very intuitive - almost no training necessary on how to startup

Hireflix is super simple and easy-to-use. It's very fast to get started and isn't nearly as complicated as the competition. I think for companies that want a fast, easy solution to screening lots of candidates, you can't beat Hireflix.
