DevSuite helps us as a company collaborate on how to best manage the requirements and specifications of a technical design. It allows us to create, organize, manage and visualize requirements and specifications, so everyone has access to the same information and is able to use version control to make things easier.

• It works fast - less than a minute to sync records between systems.
• It is easy configurable, you don't need to have any specific technical knowledge.
• It has very good operational support - your questions and issues are solved with high priority.
• It is user friendly - even if you are not an IT, it is intuitive.

• Slow performance, when there are lot of projects.
• Sometimes the Create/Update could be more at the field level. I'd like to be able to clone an Application Link and then just change the initial configuration (our field mappings are pretty consistent).
• Want to have more integration solutions, e.g., MS Project Online, SharePoint, or other MS Tools?

I'd say it offers pretty much all of the functionality that we need, including scrum, talk mgmt, multiple workflows, full audits, MS Office integration, and many other things. We really can't complain, as it's doing basically exactly what we were promised it would. Pricing is fair and has not gone up.

ConnectALL has the best support mechanism among all these alternatives, and its value for money and with ConnectALL ROI(return of investment) is visible from the time you start using it.

We were given a really good recommendation from a trusted partner on the implementation and use of this tool, so while we looked at other solutions like Microfocus and Inflectra, but we were pretty convinced we would go with DevSuite from pretty early on in the selection process. We knew it would accomplish what we needed it to, and the price was quite fair.

• ConnectALL replaced all the manual work that was done before with an automated scheduled mechanism.
• Improvements in time management, improved delivery times, and definitely increased revenue generation.
• This software eliminates confusion and errors. It also automatically detects and resolve conflicts.
