Connecteam vs. Cryotos

Connecteam is great for distributed teams; the messaging feature is good for DMs and group messaging. Sending updates to relevant staff groups is very easy with Connecteam. Furthermore, having required acknowledgements on updates is paramount for compliance and ensuring all employees have received and understood new information that was sent to the team

Cryotos is well suited for digital maintenance management. It gives you the complete flexibility of building a custom program suiting your needs with wide range of tools.They have to quite build on their Inventory module with industry set features. Customisation of reminders and Integration with other applications and communication channels are missing.

• Easy of running weekly payroll reports
• Employees to manage and own their time before being approved for payroll
• Easy to add absences and PTO
• Free until you need more than 10 users
• It is great that you can tell where your employees are logging in from ie the office, home or in the field

• Adding the ability for employee to be able to set up their own reminders would be beneficial for those that seem to forget to clock in or out

Connecteam is far more robust in terms of features. The pricing is better too

Cryotos is a new age company with customisable user friendly system with lot of feature sets build on user requirement. Involvement of dedicative account managers and Ease of optimised use of the platform facilitated the shortlisting process much easier. Cryotos has a long range of features in pipeline at a very affordable price margin which makes it a business friendly choice

• Before Connecteam I hated "Payroll Mondays" because it took a few hours to do everyone's time and upload it for the accountant. Now it takes maybe 15 mintues to do the entire process. I feel like it is more accurate and definitely less time-consuming - saving me money in the long run.
• Connecteam has also allowed for quick glance time management to reduce overtime. Having accurate info allowing us to redeploy team members as needed and get other off the clock sooner. Or if we are having OT it is not a surprise - we can plan for it
• Our accountant has love the reporting and has even recommended it to other small business because it provides all the info needed.
