Contract Logix vs. MBL Hightech Prime CRM

Suited for legal depts to manage contracts from cradle to grave—security levels assigned to ensure the integrity of data. It's great for producing reports for management and managing renewals and expirations of agreements is convenient. Contract Logix also does not require extensive computer skills—easy to navigate. Probably not suited for contracts that need payments as there is no link to financials.

• Emailing from Contract Logix could be improved, too many clicks.
• Copying of records cannot be done.
• Downloading documents can be improved, drag and drop should be available.
• Capability to store emails.

Contract Logix' customer service is excellent. A definite plus if you are thinking of using Contract Logix.

Contract Logix is advanced and user-friendly and on the cloud. Easily customizable to your need. Some databases are more.
