You need to have some domain expertise when deploying this type of solution. It is not difficult for an intermediate-skill person to deploy. Fine-tuning will take time and patience to sift through false positive alerts in alert mode, since there is no official learning mode. I think small- to medium-sized businesses with limited IT budget and expertise could benefit from this solution.

• Dashboard refresh when you have over 100 end agents can be lagging at times
• The agent install process has potential to hang without alert or warning unless your paying attention through the complete install
• The silent install process can be problematic when dealing with large-scale networks with varied OS models

I think the usability is solid for the small-to-medium market. I am not familiar with an enterprise deployment or constraints for that market size. I think the ease of use, deployment, and cost model make it attractive to small- and medium-sized businesses looking to build their security posture.

Cylance is a very competitive product. The only reason we went with Microsoft Defender is the bundling of multiple products from the same vendor and having one central console to manage our devices.
