Look and feel of templates could use greater westernization. Colors tend to be more oriental/Bright oriented - However color pallets can be changed easily

The above and various other plugins/software were either not compatible with some of our software OR were too expensive (often with recurring costs vs. one-time) OR offered too many add-on features that weren't needed. It took us nearly 40 expensive man-hours to test and narrow down on this particular plugin that met all requirements in a go

Upcall has been able to help us gain top-quality leads that led to customers while the other products worked, they weren't as effective as upcall is in such a short period of time we have used it. We have seen where upcall has helped to drive our business sales.
