CoreIntegrator Workflow vs. Neat

I have found CoreIntegrator to work well for our needs as an Accounts Payable workflow solution. The system was implemented with very little internal technical assistance. It can be administered by a business user without a great deal of technical knowledge because the CI support staff is knowledgeable and helpful.

If you need a program to keep all of your receipts in one place and have the ability to report on them, then Neat is the program you want. Also, if you want to get rid of all the business cards you have laying around but keep the contact info, Neat is the program you need.

• The system administration is somewhat difficult for someone that is not highly technical.
• Deleted or removed items appear in search results.

• Wish it had the ability to edit business cards, i.e. lighten dark ones.
• Wish you could scan 2 pages into one receipt - to include backup.

Sometimes we receive slow responses.

The best support is not having to use support... and I have NOT had to use Neat support!

We didn't review another product because CoreIntegrator so perfectly met our needs.

• Time saving outweighs the cost.
• Ease of use is so much better than most software solutions.

• Saves a lot of time by having digitized business cards.
• Saves time categorizing charge card receipts at the end of the month.
