Likelihood to Recommend	CRMNEXT No answers on this topic	Zinnia It is excellent for account opening, document aggregation and storage, tracking and correspondence. It is lacking in its interface and is often not intuitive or user friendly. I have had difficulty running specialized reports in the past and have had to call customer service for issues that should be easy to solve on one's own.
