Likelihood to Recommend I would definitely recommend Crossbeam to others, and frequently bring it up early in conversations with potential partners as a first step in evaluating a partnership opportunity. Crossbeam allows you to easily see overlaps for current customers, prospects/target accounts, and open opportunities. Being able to quickly and easily assess the business opportunity with a partner, and find mutual customers that would benefit from a combined offering is a huge value add. The integration with Salesforce makes the tool easy to use and scalable, without needing to constantly update account lists. Being able to view the overlaps within the Crossbeam UI and easily export the lists makes the tool really easy to work with.

It would be great if they could add more programs into their network. Wish it had a filter for the marketplace? There are programs which pays per lead where as some pays per sale. And some pays % and some pays $. About a month ago my account was suspended and I contacted them about it and was told that due to some violations of their "Terms of Service", it was suspended. And I tried contacting them but after that email they just ignored my email. No reply after even 5 - 6 emails so I stopped emails also. Few days ago I received mail from them saying my account was mistakenly suspended in a effort to remove fraudulent activity from their network & now I have started working again with them. After I got access to my account again, all of the programs I had joined were removed from my account and now I have to apply to every program once again. It would be great if they could do something from their end and join me to all those programs from their end easily rather then me applying to everyone once again. Read full review Alternatives Considered PartnerStack provides a faster interface and seems to be less confusing to use. In turn, this saves us time, especially if we just need to get a quick snapshot of the programs we're a part of and their overall health. Reporting is good for the metrics we need, but I would love more advanced reporting at some point and to see where we send the most traffic from - social, website, etc.
