The workouts are in the app and have detailed instructions on how to complete them. The only issue I feel is that the app is sometimes hard to find things. Some stuff feels buried. Since it is a mobile app, you can use it anywhere in the world which comes in handy if you're out of town. The app has been a great asset to me. I use it daily. It works very well and is very useful.
