Crowdtap is a good application for teams that need quick feedback on new design or advertising options. They seem to have good data on the respondents and their relative fields. Many of the designs of the questions are easy to distinguish and do not overload the respondent with too many options

I like the fact that I can adjust how long each slide is displayed. Some slides don't need to show for very long, like the weather, while others require more reading and being able to adjust how long they show is very useful. The support they provide for any questions was easy to schedule.

The rewards system is useful and seems to be very competitive with other products. The questions are mostly short, however you can also create detailed multi-step questions within a campaign. Overall Crowdtap is the best in its area.

It also helps since we don't have an in-house marketing team to make things look fancy when creating from scratch. The software is intuitive and easy to use. It also offers the ability to collaborate on specific playlists for users both within and outside of the company.
