The services being provided are highly top notch which I really like but they need to further improve their customer service. Pros	Dacima Software I have been using Dacima Survey frequently in my organization and it has been a great find for me as well as for my organization as we can handle all these questionnaires very easily. Dacima Survey is composed on FDA 21 CRF and has all these trials and audits which makes the credentials and authenticity of it on another level. Cons	Dacima Software As a user, I expect their customer service to be as good as their software but unfortunately their customer service has a lacking element that requires further improvement because their representatives sometimes are quite unprofessional which leads to a negative image of Dacima Survey. Alternatives Considered	Dacima Software It is an outstanding platform that comes with highly developed features. The most amazing features that I like the most that I can easily manage anonymous questionnaire and quizzes by just logging onto the platform on any device, like I can create forms and quizzes with a token via email or sms using smartphone or computer.
