DDMSPLUS vs. Easyship

it seems to be able to handle multiple locations well. It has a good vpn connection. It makes working at home easy. The problem is it is still run on a dos system. They are removing it slowly, but not all aspects of DDMSPLUS are easy. In my experience, it is hard to get any types of reporting out of that system. For us, AP and payroll are impossible.

Depending on the client's needs, the EasyShip app is free and integration is super fast. We always recommend a shipping plugin to keep rates accurate and costs in line. Clients love when their shipping costs and postage match up. We strive to be sure they have a good solution to keep their stores on track.

• it is based on a dos system so a new refresh would be nice
• better order entry and history lookup

There are a few people that are perfect ratings, but if you dont get one of them it is a little difficult to move forwards. [...], [...], [...], [...], [...]. If you talk to one of them your problems will be solved very quickly. The other support agents im not as familiar with but, in my opinion, some are good

Most issues can be resolved online. We have not had to call in for assistance in 5 years of using the plugin.

Easyship is easy to integrate into the Big Commerce store platform. They have a free app, 1 click install, easy setup and clients like the easy to use interface.

• Things like contracts under the master account only instead of having to carry them through to all departments would be a plus!
