DDMSPLUS vs. Helium 10

it seems to be able to handle multiple locations well. It has a good vpn connection. It makes working at home easy. The problem is it is still run on a dos system. They are removing it slowly, but not all aspects of DDMSPLUS are easy. In my experience, it is hard to get any types of reporting out of that system. For us, AP and payroll are impossible.

I find it very well suited to market analysis and competitor research. It helps you understand where your products fit within the product segment and identify profitable opportunities.

• it is based on a dos system so a new refresh would be nice

• Variation analysis is possible but more cumbersome than necessary.
• Sometimes slow to load data.
• Difficult to translate keywords reports straight to Amazon listings.

The data injection into the Amazon website is pretty intuitive and well laid out. The extension and the website are somewhat clunky, and it's more difficult to engage with them effectively.

There are a few people that are perfect ratings, but if you dont get one of them it is a little difficult to move forwards. [...], [...], [...], [...], [...]. If you talk to one of them your problems will be solved very quickly. The other support agents im not as familiar with but, in my opinion, some are good

Helium 10 was recommended to me by a very successful Amazon seller and business owner so I did not do much looking. I know Jungle Scout is similarly priced and capable. I have someone in my network now that uses it. Sometimes I will ask them to run ASIN data for me when H10 is being inconsistent and it seems to be able to produce a good report for me.

• Things like contracts under the master account only instead of having to carry them through to all departments would be a plus!
