Deltek WorkBook vs. WebWork Time Tracker

My recommendation very much depends on who the colleague is. I would recommend WorkBook if it is an accountant, project manager or someone similar, and if the setup is done within WorkBook and passwords, etc. are being used within WorkBook only. I would tell IT Managers to avoid the application and think twice in terms of access management etc.

WebWork is well suited for all organizations where they need to maintain a tracker for the employee to detect productivity and maintain attendance by calculating time. We can easily manage projects with WebWork and also easy for the team to work on.

• It super cool features to detect user's productivity
• We can work on team easily through WebWork on perticular project.
• Accurate time showing.
• Catch snapshot of user's screen on daily basis.

• The integrations on IT level are not great and should be improved.
• Change of IP's that's used for logins are being changed without reporting it to super users.

It also work if we are not connecting to network without any lag. Also, we can track detailed activity of employee because it captures screenshots when user starts the time.

Great implementation support, but haven't had many questions since.

• WorkBook is one of the cheaper solutions on the market, which, in the long term, gives a great ROI.
• We have spent a lot of time on support which is a negative impact.
